Truly Beloved began with a promise — a promise made by our founder, Parv, to his late mother. After years of caring for his brother, who has Down syndrome and Cleft Palate, Parv saw first-hand the difference that love, positivity, and the right support can make in a child's and their family's life.
When his mother passed away, he vowed to continue her legacy of compassion. From that promise, Truly Beloved was born — a charity built on love, faith, and the belief that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and truly beloved.
We provide long-term, meaningful support to children and young people under 18 with disabilities and SEN — offering but not limited to:
Funding physiotherapy, occupational therapy and specialist medical care for disabled children and those with SEN.
Providing mobility aids, communication devices and specialist resources that enable children to live fuller lives.
Supporting other children's charities with grants to extend our reach and maximise impact across the UK.
Organising family day trips and short breaks — giving families precious moments of joy and respite.
Helping cover transport to appointments and everyday costs that place a real burden on families.
We stay with families for as long as we can — providing consistent, meaningful support, not a one-off donation.
Taran receives weekly physiotherapy sessions funded by Truly Beloved to help improve his condition.
